Are you rendering out to individual frames, or trying to go directly to .avi? If rendering out to individuals, if the process halts at any point you can start it from where you left off. The only issue with individual frames is that you have to import them into a video editing app (I use Quicktime Pro, $29.99) to assemble into a vid. Is your page file (virtual memory) set to 1.5 Gig?
