don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with posting specific complaints, it's just the vitriolic, caustic tone and attitude that I don't understand. I mean, what can that posibly contribute. CL DOES have a problem, and that is DR. Digital River is not warm and fuzzy. They are not necessarily brilliant. They are not flexible and quick to turn on a dime. I wish CL would hire a genius Customer support manager and bring fulfillment in house. There is a lot of grief associated with that, but significant upside. ::::: Opera :::::
