Actually, you can change cameras in four areas ... the camera controls, the drop down menu in the document window, the Display > Camera choices, and the parameters window. The two that change the actual camera view are the camera controls and the menu commands. The two that affect changing the parameters of the camera are the drop down in the document window, and the drop down in the Parameters window.
