Otherwise it's going to fall under trademark or copyright infringement, I know that Rendo has been getting stricter with that and might not aprove it. There's a discussion going on about superheros and their likeness right now in the copyright forum, started by the latest offering of a Wonder Woman package. If, instead, you set him up with some differences, you could give it away without trouble. And if you do, I'll definitely pick him up.
