Subject: CuriousLabs treating long time customer very badly

She has emailed digitalriver and has sent many emails to CL and has called CL. She is getting shuffled from one person to the next. She has sent a scan of her serial etc proving a legit purchase. It seriously concerns me that not one person at that company is willing to take hold of the situation and solve it. While it isnt the normal it does happen. Personally I have changed my mind and will not be getting Poser6 after seeing how they treat their customers, Scott
