Subject: CuriousLabs treating long time customer very badly

Hi!

Just wanted to pop in and say that this situation had been handled before this thread was posted and that there appears to be a ton of missing and mis-information going on that I wanted to clarify quickly, so yall dont get the wrong idea!

There was a valid reason that Rita's serial number was not working, as she had already used it to upgrade and then transferred the license of her upgrade, making her ineligible for further upgrade pricing. I will not go into further details, but we have made arrangements with Rita to purchase her upgrade. The email addresses posted above are not valid email addresses for support and once she contacted us directly, the problem was quickly remedied. All emails to Curious Labs and Digital River must go through the contact forms on our website to receive a timely reply.

Curious Labs works very hard at its Customer Service! Using valid contact methods such as the email support form are the best ways to get in contact with us!
