Tori, Perhaps you were thinking of another customer? It appears that there are holes in your customer service techniques if there are this many problems with Rita and she says she has nothing from you yet. I've watched this problem unfold in the NG, and I have to say, I have not been impressed with your responses so far. I myself had a problem with you (*CL & DR) on my order. You lost my payment. I spent hours on the phone getting it straight and while I did get my copy, it cost me LOTS of money and time in long distance calls and frustration. All for an "Oops" from your customer rep. Maybe someone needs to contact Rita Denenberg from Curious Labs---I'm sure you have her number by now, and get this cleared up once and for all... Laura
