I'm going to preface this with I think what the merchent did (wiether it was intentional or not) wasn't right, and by the fact that he hasn't fixed his avertising here, after the confusion was pointed out to him, it may not of exactly been accidental. But to play devil advocate here, his defense is going to be that he has the readme posted with the product (at least here he does, I don't know about the other sight that you found it on) and that if you read the readme it lists the files. and no hat textures are in it. I agree thats sneaky and not right, but thats business in the world today. Wanna get back at him, place a review of the product stating 'Buyer Beware, the hat textures are not included in this product.' it doesn't help you any at this point, except for perhaps the good feeling that you may prevent someone else from falling into this trap.
