Acadia - I can't speak for the Renderosity, but if you have a problem with a product over at PoserPros, please send myself a PM there or an email and I'll see what I can do to correct it. In this case - I can make sure that copy is included in the promo text stating that the hat textures are not included. Posting here at Renderosity doesn't help us as I rarely have time to peruse these forums. If it wasn't for another member pointing it out to me, I would still be oblivious to the problem. I'll go and add the extra copy to that item now.
