We offered Rita the $89 price point, which was a lot lower than the $149 upgrade from Poser 4 she was requesting, so I am unsure as to what the price offer has to do with the situation here. Unfortunately, you all should note that she is legally not eligible for upgrade pricing, having already purchased and transferred her rights to upgrade pricing to another customer, but Curious Labs made a very special exception, not only granting her rights to upgrade, but at the early adopters price. I am unsure as to what else Curious Labs could do to make this situation better. Sorry!
