I do email Eovia and I do get ignored. So I email them again. But still I keep seeing the same bugs carried over to the next patch. So of course you are going to run into people who are complaining. Other people like you discount us and tell Eovia they're doing a great job. Then they start working for Eovia as a filter and they only pass on happy emails to Eovia (i.e. Totyo). I'm just waiting for the next CEO or company to give Carrara/Amapi a new direction with customer support. This is a subject we can agree to disagree on.
