Well, "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" was a part of the soundtrack to "The Whiz", a musical, which was a Broadway play in the mid-late '70's, and was loosely based on the original Wizard of Oz movie which * I think* came out in 1934, starring Judy Garland (Liza minnelli's mom), and, err, uhh, some other people...LOL
