Figure Creation in Poser, or something like that, by BLRender or similar pseudonym, a real paper book you can get on Rosity and Amazon; it might be helpful. It's an excellent book, but not one that I would consider to be beginners' level. There currently is not one that would fall into that category, unfortunately. Geep has the territory well covered though. 8-)
