I'll get back to you on this.I know I have to get glasses for astigmatism.Have not wore them since 12 years old.But for some reason now I find my face about 5-6 cm (2 in) away from my monitors.Probably though what is happening is when you see things darker with no spectacles on it is because you are not letting as much surrounding light through the retina.So things will seem more shaded. Maybe I am no optometrist for sure. but changes in color perception and in vision may also suggest disease and and you could possibly need a retinal examination. Just something I thought of.
