If you press the little triangle in the brush palette, you can choose a smaller preview, if you didn't do that already. Otherwise organising them in smaller groups (like 'hair' and 'bushes') is the best idea. You can save your brushes to do so, but they will become one big file. I don't know if you have acquired them through the years or made them yourself. Each brush set can be chosen from the same triangle thingy as mentioned above. The list will appear below the other menu items. If there is not anything, be cautious, you could loose all your brushes by resetting the palette to the standard brushes! First save your current set ("EroticBrushes"). And then start eliminating brushes you don't want in the first set you are going to save ("hair"). When only hair brushes are left, save them as HAIR. Reload the set EroticBrushes and continue to eliminate others and save. It is a lot of work, but the only solution if you only have one massive collection. In Photoshop CS there is a function to manage your brushes (and a lot of other things) on the bottom of the 'edit' menu, that allows you to select multiple brushes to eliminate. But I do not know if that was already in PS7... That could save a lot of time... Good luck!
