I'm wondering if it's those security updates that Microsnot has been sending out this month. The one that auto-installed last week nuked my MS Money settings. Suddenly, I couldn't download my credit card info (though I'd been doing it with no problem at all for months). The solution was to 1) make sure the system clock was correct and 2) reset IE to its default settings. Then reboot. After that, it worked.
