I think guys like the leg look because it's more sexually appealling. I noticed that alot of female users like the dolfin like tails. I temd to think of mermaids as mid-evolved with a softer transition from human to fish. I reallu loved Ursula in the Little Mermaid. The half octopus thing rocked.
