try morphs.bbay.com first. They have a lot of them for the P4 woman and vicky. but remember, they are not interchangeable. Also, if you just want to change the shape of the eyebrow, most people here seem to be using transparency maps and putting exactly what they want into the eyebrow and/or face texture. On the P4 woman, who has a large eyebrow ridge, you hide the ridge, and get the eye-brow you want. I don't have Vicky, but I don't think she's too different from the P4 model. There's lots of tutorials here that can lead you to doing that. There are even free textures (I think for Vicky also) so you can see how it's done. Keep trying, and if you have specific questions, the regulars here are extremely helpful.
