Yes, there is a 256 file limit in Poser, Pre P5. There are a number of ways round it. One is to move your excess files to Camera, Face or Hand. You'll have to rename the files to the appropriate extension or they won't show up. DO NOT move the DAZ INJ and REM poses, though. Poser seems to not like it a whole lot. Another solution is to buy PBooost, It's available here in the MP. If you run the compatibility checks available from Freestuff, you will be able to find out if PBooost is suitable for your system. I used it for a year with no problems before I switched to P5.
