forget the galleries, look at the marketplace. if business with paypal has any bearing on the changes made to the tos, then don't you think they would be trying to "G-Up" the marketplace? if paypal was really concerned about wanting to take a peak at the content over here, where do you think they'd look first, the marketplace or the galleries? there are several thumbnails in the MP that clearly violate tos.
