Apparently for some, it is that important. I draw the line in my own creations when I've reached a point of changing what was the original render drastically with postwork. As far as compositions like the one in question, I've used 2D and added bryce rendered components. However those are posted in Mixed Medium. Ultimately, I can only police my own Genre accuracy.
