Cooler said something about the fact that unless the celebrity as copyrighted their face/look/features that it's a fine line and the likeness isn't necessarily a copyright violation. You'll have to ask him for more on that though, I got that second hand in the copyright forum when I asked about the very topic about celebrity look alike poser figures.
