IMO, if you put it together in bryce by using poser models then render it in bryce and add some post work to the image by using PS or PSP then it should go in mixed media.
If you import a 3ds, poser and lwo model into bryce render it then do post work in ps or psp it should also go in the mixed media.
If you use anything that is done in bryce then it should be posted in the bryce gallery.

Mixed media means an image put together by using different programs or 2d images in it.

But since many of us count on using models made in different programs and using post work for the final image then we can't go saying who can post where.
