almeidap, there is no need to get your feathers all ruffled. I was simply stating my opinion because I've seen a few posts such as yours expressing concern over the low number of views to some images. I guess I have a different mentality than most when it comes to art. I create things to please me and my eye, and no one else. If I like it that's all that matters to me. If someone else likes what I've done, that's just icing on the cake for me. However, in most cases I am open to constructive criticism because I believe that's how we learn and grow and get better in what we do in life. Now of course if I'm doing something for someone that I'm charging a fee for, then of course I'll care that they like it, after all in that case I'm a tool creating something for someone who can't do it themselves, and it's important to me that they get what they want. But if it's just art that I've done because I felt creative, all that matters is that I like it. Art is very subjective and you can't please everyone. The only person you can be sure of pleasing is yourself, and that's what I strive to do; please myself. If only one person looks at what I've done and has left happy, that's all that matters to me. I'd rather have 5 people look at my image and appreciate it for what it is, than 50 people click and quickly glance and move on.

"It is good to see ourselves as others see us. Try as we may, we are never
able to know ourselves fully as we are, especially the evil side of us.
This we can do only if we are not angry with our critics but will take in good
heart whatever they might have to say." - Ghandi
