Here's mine and how I did it...this was fun! Okay, so to start with, grab the "natural 2" landscape material. Go into it and see how it's 2 materials mixed together? Change the material mixing method to "cover"--this will layer the two materials instead of blending them. Now change material 1 to whatever you want your path to be. If you want a more clearly defined path, you need to load a different function for the layers...I created my own to get this. Really this is a yellow brick grid; I used trees to hide parts of it so it looks like a road! Oh the brick texture's on my site but it's not very yellow; I colorized this one in photoshop.
