I discovered that it's actually very easy to replace the head and make a permanent figure...I'm working on a tutorial. Basically for this figure I exported mike's head and neck as an obj, then imported them, positioned them properly and used the grouping tool to "spawn props". Then you just pick the head and the neck and do "replace body part with prop" for each. That gives you a figure with no head morphs at all, so you use morph manager to transfer the head morphs from mike to sir mike and voila, a perfectly good figure without a dorky head. Tute will be up on the site as soon as I can pull it together. (Since I can't distribute the figure when he's made this way) Mary
