the USA would have to be included in that definition. Rendo is a an international community so 'centralised' to me would mean a country that is central to the planet as a whole, and after a quick look at my trusty high school atlas that makes it roughly Vietnam-ish on my map. Sorry - it's just a deeply seated beef of mine over the ethno-centric attitude of US-ians on the net. There are more places in the world than the 50 US States ya know! (and don't even get me started on US-ians using their State abbreviations on the net or my laptop might suffer a serious 'technical failure' from being hurled out my 2nd floor window...) Overall the convention is a good idea though
