Yep, but they asked about merging entire Runtimes and that can cause a problem. Most of the subfolders inside the Runtime folder can be copied, moved, etc. without problem. I did find that certain folders inside the P6 Runtime can't be deleted (the "heads" folders) but you can delete the files inside those folders and free up a lot of space if you don't use the face room in P6.
