Hm, thats strange, normally that works. Select the cloth and apply (double click) the MAT Pose in your Camera folder. BTW, you can't save a MAT-Pose to your Pose folder with the "+". You can only make a MAT-Pose with MAT-Pose Edit and save them in your Pose folder. You can only save body poses with "+".
