LOL...I got the darn cold from hubby and the nephew...lord only knows where they got it. sometimes I wish they didn't believe so much in sharing grin No, I haven't worked out max. I can do a few things with primitives (now that I accidentally figured out the boolean thing) and I can use the "mesh edit" to manipulate models other people have made, but that's about it. I still need to figure out how to put a bevel on a couple of the edges on the street corner pieces. The little gaps between the concrete blocks in the sidewalk just are not there. The edges are too perfect and square and you can't see where one ends and the other begins. Fine for distance shots but for closeups, forget it. Wouldn't it be nice if e-on would add a beveled edge box to the primitives list? Kate
