It all depends on your camera. If you are using the "fastest" setting, then you may be out of luck. If you have manual controls, you could try stopping down as well and though they will be dark, you might be able to recover the image in postwork. I used to shoot outdoor sports at night...a flash is useless. My best advice to you is get a pro DSLR that goes up to ISO1600 (yeah, right) or beg, borrow, or steal a good old fashion film camera and get some high speed film for it. ...And yes, you most certainly need help. ;) Take care of the fellas there, I know how painful that can be. --Kort
