I'm using a Wacom Graphire 3. The included mouse is functioning fine simply as a 3 button mouse with wheel. The pen I don't use in poser, just in Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro (where I don't bother to use the mouse at all). No problems at all (Win XP Pro SP2 and Intel P4)
