Penguinisto, The testers are human and there are times that problems are not found. No one is perfect and this does happen from time to time. I am sure you are well aware that everything doesn't go perfectly 100% of the time. Sandy explained that the thread you posted was not appropriate for our site and it was moved out of the community at our discretion.
