Everything you mentioned above has been available since at least Poser 4. You could always save out to image files, and you could always start your animation at a chosen frame instead of at the beginning. I've been saving out to tiffs and joining them in Adobe Premiere 6.5 (it's very simple in Premiere -- you select the first frame and check the box indicating that it's the first in a sequence of frames and Premiere handles it as a full motion clip, ready to be instantly viewed as a movie).
