If you bend her knees the dress will not follow the shin, you have to apply the morphs that comes with the dress, change the joint parameters, change the legs position/orientation and a lot of headache until the feet crossing the dress surface in an surealistic point is not more visible, if you have luck and don't desist of your pose. If I buy a dress I know that it will not conform, but if I like it I shall buy it anyway. I don't know about dynamic clothes so I haven't any opinion yet.
