This is a screenshot of my community page...I don't see what she is talking about at all.

Monica, to do a screenshot, pull up the screen you want to capture. Press your PrtScr button ( usually above the Insert and Delete buttons between the letter keys and the number keys on your keyboard.) Then open your graphics program (Paint is fine). Click on file, then new, then put in the size of your screen (800x600 or 1024x768, most likely) and then click on the new blank image. Hold down the ctrl button while hitting the 'v' button and it should paste the screen shot right in there. Save it as a jpg and then bring it here to upload it.
