I don't think you can. I encounter that problem occasionally if I have played around with my runtimes (IE: renamed them), and my base figure is from the runtime under a different name. I haven't figured out how to get poser to comply when I cancel looking. It stops looking for that file, but keeps on looking for others...and eventually my computer just seizes up.
