Did you, by any chance, had this problem more often when applying morphs to V3, M3, etc.? If you did, make sure the !DAZ folders are in the main libraries folder and not into POSE or other folder. I had moved these files once and ... well you can imagine how often Poser 5 crashed! ;o)
