There is a utility called NatPose2 ($50-100 bucks?) that allows you to import Poser animations into bryce. You can download a free demo. It works with 98, 2000, and I think XP.

I don't have the exact website but a quick search should bring is up. Its been around for awhile, I surprised no else has mentioned it. I still use it. I even did my first animation with it.

The other option is Daz|Studio. It's free, but a large download. Since they own Bryce now, they also have an import utility.
