Ok SIT files are for MAC users and EXE are for Windows, you only need to download the versions you need for your system whatever that might be. What you should have is the V3 base which is now free and also the V3 head morph pack and the V3 body morph pack. You just need to double click on the DAZ exe file and the DAZ installer will do the rest for you. It will even find the target application i.e. Poser5 for you and all you need to do is confrim the location. When in Poser, load up V3 base from "character" library and then go to your "pose" library where you should find the Inject poses. Select your V3 figure [it has to be selected] and then double click on the inject pose files that you want to use. You should see them in the parameter dials. Be carefull though because there is a glitch in P5 and this is it: If you have selected the Head and then used inject poses for the head, you won't see them until you select another part of the body and then go back to the head.
