well way back in the dawn of time posette was chopped up and regrouped to make Eve ..the first figure with buttocks (and other bits which I wont mention here). It was proven then that the buttocks buffer zone helped reduce squinch when bending the thighs. The expansion of the buttocks zone on the mil3 figures has further reduced that. It has been suggested to add a shoulder zone between the collar and upperarm, but after testing Anton (phoenixrising) determined it made not much differenc and made clothing creators swear. It just baffles me why CL went backwards on that. Until they add weight mapping .. we're stuck with the current rigging system. Its not even remotely similar to mac vs PC ..its "this works" versus "that doesnt". I fail to see the confusion there. Just load p4fem next to eve and see who bends better. its easy to see. Perhaps CL is still in trouble becasue Judy used v1's rigging (and mapping) almost point for point? they didnt want Jessi being accused of the same thing? this is IMHO silly, because Eve was a p4 derived non commercial product .. they dont even need to look to DAZ for boning improvements. meanwhile jessi suffers from the same problems posette did .. she cant bend her knees and she cant sit down without her mesh exploding messily. And incidentally that lower back curve on the mapping is a royal pain in the keister Jim I actually cant see much difference between your version and the original. I see proportion changes in the length of the lower leg, bust size, hand size, long fingernails and pelvic width. Is that it? or have you done something else I just am not seeing? I dont see a whole lot about her that doesnt match your other figures general look anyway .. tall, muscular, fashion-model-skinny Lyrra
