Folders are set up for either way (I believe..I didn't do the final packaging)...I probably over-organize my stuff, but I always install everything myself so I know where and what it is, and have lots of little runtimes. (and our 3dSC projects get their own separate ones on my end cause there's so much to keep organized) As long as the geometries folders are in the main runtime, you can put Libraries and textures wherever you like that works for you. I do know of one file that slipped through with an incorrect file path, the Fairytale Scene cr2 isn't pointed in the right direction...I'm going to see about getting an updated cr2 posted real soon...Admin team tried to catch everything, but with so much stuff we most probably didn't smash all the bugs.
