French companies are not so different from companies of other nations. So even in France we consider this behavoir very strange. It's one thing not beeing able to set up an online store (a task that has never been done before ;-) ) but they could at least tell their customers that they don't need to search for it BECAUSE IT DOES NOT EXIST! Besides I think e-on is a American/French company...
