They're a bit overloaded it seems. I spoke with them about two weeks ago, trying to get help with some troubles I'm having making Life Forms Studio 3.9 work with the Michael and Victoria models. I just called a few minutes ago and was told to expect a call tomorrow...we'll see! ;-) Credo's going through a directional business change... they're re-working their web site and are going to be pushing their 'solutions' more. Looks to me like they are jumping on the 'web avatar' animation bandwagon, as evidenced by the attached link. Take a look at the Animal Farm and compare to the effort put into the Life Forms/PowerMoves section of the site and you'll get your answer.
