I'd say that the jaw is the least of our concerns. Shoulders, elbows, knees, back, and neck must be the main areas of focus since these are in desperate need of fixing.

C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, you blow your whole leg off.
