It depends on what you're asking. If you're trying to assemble panels into a page, you should render each panel in Poser and bring them together in an image editing program such as Photoshop or PaintshopPro or Painter. One tip is to render an image with more background space than you expect to use so that you can crop the image in different ways. In other words, don't try to tightly crop in Poser.
