BIG request for Bryce 6! DAZ Studio can already use them, as of right now, no Bryce can. Basically; you know how a bump map, gives a texture bump? Well, a displacement map gives a bump by actually changing the geometry of the model at the time of rendering. While a terrain or lattice in Bryce can only "flat", as they are made up of just height, a disaplcement map can be wrapped in any way or direction. Let me show you an example;
