After downloading the .zip file, which only takes one second, and which should have 43 files, the .zip file I get is 0kb, with 0 files archived. Do you have any idea why this would be so? the solution by customer: Ah. I discovered the problem. I have Norton Internet Security installed and I had to disable it to download the .zip. I've heard of others having problems with Norton Anti Virus for other reasons, but this is the first issue I've had with it and the first time it wouldn't allow me to download a .zip file. Now I can download my files from my Account by Mec4D.
