Stuff of the nature where someone assumes something said by someone who tends to annoy them is specifically meant about them in particular, when, to most folks, it doesn't appear like anything of the sort....
Whether or not an ignore feature was requested with anyone in particular in mind is -- as has been said on another matter -- irrelevant.
If the problem resides in being "chatty", then we've got quite a few members who qualify..........
Personally I've never had any difficulties with someone else's typing habits. If I don't care to see what they've written: then I don't.
However, as has already been indicated a couple of times: an ignore feature is a fine idea.
I'm totally neutral on the issue. It doesn't matter to me whether such a feature exists or not -- because I'll never use it anyway. But I have no objections to an ignore button being added for those who wish it. Message edited on: 05/09/2005 13:34
