As someone who has a bit of experience at the Admin/Moderator level of these sites.I can tell you that the job of running a large site is more difficult than many could ever imagine. It is near impossible to please everyone and a good day is when there are only 10 fires instead of 20 to put out. They do take on the task eyes wide open and the positions are not for the thin skinned. My hat is off to anyone who puts forth the effort. It's a delicate balance of trying to please the members, the merchants, the owners and the sponsors. The pressure comes from all sides at once sometimes. I didn't particularly endorse all of the decisions made over at the 3DCommune,but I had to stand by and enforce them anyway. Please remember that just because a staff member is enforcing a rule, they don't always agree with i,.they are just doing their job. To those who relentlessly slam the staff, all I can say is try doing their job for a while. It's stressful, time consuming, and thankless much of the time, and just having your name at the top of a forum is like wearing an open season target on your forehead. Tom
